High-density oxidized polyethylene wax ADWAX OPE01 is a high-molecular oxidized polymer, a functional additive with excellent performance.
It is a working aid, suitable for PVC foamed sheet products to increase plasticization and improve later demoulding.
Features of high-end oxidized polyethylene wax
Oxidized wax is a very efficient external lubricant in the processing of PVC, which can improve the plasticization speed and metal peeling during the rigid molding process, thereby improving the dimensional stability and production efficiency of the product. Adding oxidized polyethylene wax to rigid transparent PVC formulations has better lubricity than other lubricants. ADWAX OPE01 has excellent metal peeling properties, which can effectively improve the plasticization speed without affecting the transparency.

Product application
Due to the unique properties of oxidized polyethylene wax, it is widely used in:
Used as rubber and plastic processing lubricant, release agent and phase solvent, especially suitable for PVC foil products, PVC foam products and various PVC rigid and transparent, Opaque formula product;
Used as dispersant, lubricant, brightener, coupling agent for pigments or fillers of various masterbatches;
Used as dispersant for coatings and inks, anti-friction agent;
Used as a processing aid for paints, emulsions, hot melt adhesives, shoe polish, various waxes.
